Include enough to reproduce the issue

Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened.

Include the iPhone model, iOS version, processing engine if relevant, and Elsekeep version/build.

In Elsekeep Settings, use Share app version to copy or share only the application identifier shown to you.

Check screenshots and recordings for personal information before sending them.

Never send an API key or another service's password.

Before trying again

Check that TestFlight offers no newer beta build and that any required processing model has finished downloading.

Keep a note's original content when reporting an unexpected generated result.

Avoid deleting the app to fix a download or processing issue, because it can remove local notes and recordings.

Export important content before performing a reset or reinstall that removes app data.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy for local storage, optional cloud processing, exports and support messages.
